Leaked Photo of The 2010 Chevy Volt

Not too long ago I was scolded for running an out-of-date photo of the Chevy Volt with an article about the Bow Tie's Great Electric Hope. Well, thanks to human error the actual photos of the new Volt leaked online and we managed to grab this one shot before they disappeared.

What do you think? It's certainly more attractive and conventional looking than the concept design, but will it get people excited? Give us your 2 cents in the comments.

I think the updated design looks great and its very similar to a civic/mazda3 so I think its going to have very mainstream appeal. I mean it looks like a normal car so you don't have to be embarrassed driving it around. Its like a normal family sedan and thats what American families want. The old concept was too aggressive looking and you can see how some of those design elements carried thru to the new version.

When I see this car I see a vehicle that is a sign of great things to come from GM and a turnaround in the US auto industry.

I think I agree with you here. If the technology with the batteries, etc is as good as GM is claiming this car might be the start of some exciting emissions-free thing to come!

Very nice design. I'd buy one and I driven nothing but Hondas and Toyotas for the past 30 years.
