If you didn't already love Brad Pitt for his eco-friendly home-building project in New Orleans' Lower Ninth Ward or for his tight leather costume in Troy, the actor is giving you yet another reason to to proclaim your undying adoration for him.
Pitt is joining forces with celebrity-favorite beauty brand Kiehl's on a new product, Kiehl's Aloe Vera Biodegradable Liquid Body Cleanser. The product isn't just eco-friendly in name: it will also be free of parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate and dyes, and will be packaged in a container made of 100% recycled plastic.
Sadly Brad won't appear in any of the ad campaigns lathering up with the product, however he won't directly profit from sales either. Instead, 100% of the profits will benefit JPF Eco Systems, the charity Brad formed with Kiehl's, which will support numerous earth-conscious initiatives including Brad's Make It Right foundation. Those who still want a little piece of Brad with their purchase will be thrilled to know the handwriting on the product's label actually belongs to the star.
Stay tuned for the official product launch in October!
