Alright, even the Sexy Vegan admits this video has absolutely nothing to do with cooking. However we're such a big fan of his culinary abilities, we figured we should let him share his musical prowess with the Ecollo audience too.

Our favorite vegan chef wants to know where all of the Rick Springfield's have gone with today's (ahem) questionable pop music. Why aren't more songs like "Jessie's Girl" hitting radio airwaves? Instead we're stuck waiting for a big comeback from Britney Spears with her follow-up to "Oops I Did It Again?" That hardly seems fair. In the midst of his pondering, the Sexy Vegan wrote this song. Since it sounds like we'll have to wait until he's back from vacation for a cooking video, this will have to tide us over. He may still be sexier when he's sauteeing, but we'll take what we can get!

This could easily unseat Katy Perry's smash summer song, "I Kissed A Girl." I think we're listening to the next #1 single on the Billboard Charts....
