Avoid plastic bottles with WaterWeek

Posted by Pinky Bean on June 24, 2008 7:55 AM Filed Under: Life

Are you someone who loves the idea of reusable water bottle, but are far too busy to remember to tote the same bottle along everywhere you go? WaterWeek, created by BaseBrands, may just be the solution for you.

The concept is pretty simple: five reusable bottles contained on a tray specially designed for your refrigerator. Fill them all with water in advance so all you have to do is grab and go whenever you are going somewhere you might normally buy a bottle of water, such as the office or a sporting event (but do be sure to check policies at the venue in the event they confiscate outside water bottles). If you happen to leave one behind at your gym or office you aren't left high-and-dry (literally); simply get another one from the fridge and collect the forgotten bottle next time you visit the spot you left it.

The bottles are even BPA-free so you don't have to worry about harmful toxins leaching into your drink, plus they're dishwasher-safe for added convenience. If you like a little variety, you can also add a few of your favorite drink to the bottles and pre-chill them, so the next time you're headed out of the house on a hot day and wishing you had a nice, cold lemonade, you won't be tempted to stop at a local convenience store and pick one up in a disposable container.

Learn more about WaterWeek or order your five-bottle set after the jump!
