More choice words for Al Gore

Posted by Pinky Bean on May 1, 2008 9:04 PM Filed Under: Life
Thanks to Chris Yowell for this story!

Continuing his thoughts from yesterday, Chris Yowell shares more of his ideas on Al Gore and global warming. In fact, the above photo is actually a painting by Chris titled (what else?) "Global Warming."

Part 4: Another paragraph in my story is mostly about Popularizing the Language of 'Big Al's' Message, so I am using quotation marks around 'Key' Recommendations' to his Script-writers or 'Spin-Doctors'.

Part 5: Here is another 'Illustration." When  Big Al referred to changing the 'Tax Laws'  from a 'Worker Based Tax'  to a 'Carbon Based Tax,' I think he would have left a greater impact, a more  lasting impression and invited more dialog among 'The Electorate' if instead of just on 'Carbon'  he had  'Encompassed All forms of Pollution'  and Resolved to Enforce  a Tax Policy of 'Let  the Tax Fit The Crime.'

He might consider Referring to his New Tax Reform Bill as 'The FootPrint Tax.' This is Catchy and easy to Identify with, Understand, and refer to. More people would feel they knew what the politicians were on about when they are Talking of Tax Reform. This Issue is by far the most important in the next Presidential Campaign. This Issue is the Solution to Global Warming. This is where the Money is! Follow the Money! If This Bill were Ratified and Effectively Enforced The Remaining Polluted Technologies could be harnessed, and re aimed at fulfilling the energy requirements for building the new Green Technologies.

Part 5.......of my story brings me to a poem by Alexanander  cc. 400  B.C.

'Into that from witch things take their rise they pass away again once more
after having made reparations for the harm they caused along the way.'

Part 6......to be continued .....

Thanks Chris, we look forward to part six.

Leafy Green's Tip of the Day Here is a great example of how little changes make a difference: If all of the 70+ million office workers in the United States used just one less staple per day they would save 900 tons of steel a year! Now don't you feel a little better about recycling those bottles and turning off those lights? Keep it up!
