Celebrities are auctioning off hand-me-downs from the smallest members of their families to raise money for a few different charities. The Johnson's Celebrity Hand Me Down Auction, beginning today and running until May 9, will benefit organizations such as March of the Dimes, Save the Children, Zero to Three and Baby Buggy.
Items up for grabs include a black messenger-style diaper bag used by Jason Bourne himself (also known around Hollywood as Matt Damon), Julianne Moore's beechwood highchair, a car seat donated by The View's Elizabeth Hasselbeck and a track suit worn by the son of Law and Order: SUV star Mariska Hargitay.
Even though it's likely not a hardship for the parents to donate these items , the auction is still raising money for a great cause and even though it may be inadvertent, these celebrities are promoting recycling and reinforcing the concept that you can always find a good home for things around your home that may no longer be needed (a home other than a landfill that is!).
Hit the jump to visit the auction on eBay and place your bid.
