Out with the old, in with the (sort of) new

Posted by Cee Bee on March 10, 2008 5:54 AM Filed Under: Clothes, Shopping

It's time to get a start on your spring cleaning and there's no better place to start than your closet, especially if you're planning to add some new flair to your wardrobe for the season. Before you start tossing all of the clothes you know you won't wear again (or never wore in the first place), consider that now you can have the best of both worlds by using My Fashion Swap.

For a $20 annual fee, you can sell your clothing and accessories and scope out some new ones to buy. As the name indicates, you can also swap items with other users. Many of the items have hardly been worn and several even still have tags attached. It's a win-win situation: you can pick some great new new pieces to freshen up your wardrobe while simultaneously finding a new home for the stuff you no longer need, all while taking it easy on your bank account and the environment.

“This new online swapping venue is fun, affordable, and easy to use. Girls can try a new style, share swapping stories, make some new friends along the way and end up with a closet full of new clothes.” Founder and owner of MyFashionSwap.com, Deborah Maahs believes the answer to expensive and wasteful shopping is swapping.

Hit the jump to see all that MyFashionSwap.com has to offer.
