Get Clean the green way

Posted by Pinky Bean on January 24, 2008 6:25 AM Filed Under: Home

It's no real surprise to hear that conventional cleaning products are bad for the environment and potentially just as harmful for your health (and that of your family). However some of the eco friendly cleaning products on the market just don't seem to work as effectively.

The folks who manufacture Get Clean products don't believe you should have to sacrifice quality. They swear by their biodegradable agents and offer a full satisfaction guarantee. Plus you can feel good knowing that none of the products you are using contain phosphates, borates, nitrates or any of the other objectional content found in the usual store brands. The products are also super-concentrated (you need to dilute with water) which ends up saving packaging and shipping costs. In fact, the site claims you'll save landfills 108 lbs of packaging waste and eliminate 248 lbs of greenhouse gas when you purchase the Get Clean Starter Kit as opposed to ready-to-use cleaners.

The range of cleaners includes stain removers, dish and hand wash cleaner and laundry detergent (available in liquid and powder), as well as fabric softener. The starter kit includes a sampling of most of these products, as well as the accessories needed to use them (spray bottles, pumps, you name it).

Click the link below to visit the official website to learn more about Get Clean products. You can even do an evaluation of which harmful chemicals are currently being used in your home and the reasons you may want to consider switching to products that are better for everyone involved.
