On September 20, 2007 at quarter to two in the afternoon I published my first post to Ecollo and I've been blogging my little green heart out ever since - nearly 500 posts in 3 1/2 months!  Not too shabby, if I may so so myself.

Back then "Leafy Green" was little more than a name and an e-mail address and this site didn't even have a "Submit a Story" feature.  When I look back at that first lame-o article it's hard to envision where we'd be in 2008.

That first post was entitled Organic Food: Do we believe it? and it was the two-sentence article that started it all.  Kind of a shame it only received a 2-star rating!  Everyone's a critic (sigh).  Hit the jump to check it out for yourself.
