Chef Keith Snow is back again, and this time it's with a hearty, delicious-looking white bean soup that would make a perfect warm-up after a cold afternoon walk in the park in autumn. The recipe Keith presents uses Chicken broth and a dab of bacon fat in the creation of this savoury soup. To "veganize" it all you'd have to do is substitute the bacon with a little olive oil and the chicken broth with veggie broth instead.
