Video Recipe: A Classic Christmas Pudding

This is a video recipe for the those who are truly hardcore in the kitchen.  This Christmas pudding has about five-hundred ingredients, involves lots of prep and takes an entire afternoon to make.  There's just no way to fake this.  Even if you don't intend on making a Christmas pudding this holiday, it's worth watching the video so you can appreciate the amount of effort involved.
